A final interest rate and APR will be determined by submission and review of a complete loan application.
• Your APR will vary based on your final loan amount and finance charges.

• The "Payment" amount for each loan product displayed is a monthly payment amount that includes principal and interest only.

    PMI is required for all loans with less than 20% down payment or equity position, based on a value determined by a full property appraisal ordered by Liberty Bank for Savings.
       You may “lock” or “float” your interest rate at your discretion.
       If you choose to “float” the interest rate, the interest rate on your loan application will remain subject to change until such time as you execute a rate “lock”

• Within three (3) business days of submitting a completed loan application, you will receive a Loan Estimate which includes an estimate of “Closing Fees” and an interest rate.

    Upon receipt of your signed “Intent to Proceed” disclosure, an Application Fee will be collected.
    The amount of the fee is determined by the occupancy of the property and the number of units:
         $450 - 1 -4 Unit/Owner Occupied
         $575 - 1 -4 Unit/Non-Owner Occupied
         $600 - 5+ Units (Residential)
         $0.00 - Pre-Approval for Purchase

     The amount specified for "Closing Fees" for each product is only an estimate; the actual fees will be included in a Closing Disclosure which you may review for 3 business days prior to consummation of the loan, and will
     include the final APR based on the fees included in the Closing Disclosure.
